Community-Based Plastic Recovery Initiative
The Blue Guardian Program equips local students with the knowledge and experiences they need to understand and protect their marine environment. Through guided monthly sessions, they learn about ocean ecosystems, environmental challenges, and small actions that create real impact.
Strengthening household waste sorting and reducing plastic leakage
We are working with the local Temporary Waste Disposal Site in Tulamben to build a community-driven plastic bottle management system. Our goal is to reduce plastic buildup at the disposal site by empowering households to sort waste properly and by processing plastic bottles into reusable materials using our shredder and sheet-press machines.
To make this system fully operational, we urgently need reliable transportation to collect sorted plastic bottles from homes and deliver them to our processing facility.

• 1 Motor Tossa for community plastic collection (± IDR Rp 18.500.000)
