Registration

Sample Registration – Clients fill out the Service Request Form and send the form to our email or WhatsApp.

Service Confirmation – MERO confirms the requested testing services via WhatsApp.

Delivery Consultation – A discussion is held to coordinate sample delivery procedures.
Handling & Saving

Sample Reception – Samples are received and recorded by the MERO team.

Storage & Queueing – Samples are stored safely and processed according to the work queue.

Consultation – A discussion is held with the client to review sample condition and determine suitable processing procedures.
Assessment

Sample Testing – Testing and analysis are carried out based on established and standardized laboratory procedures.
Report

Preliminary Results – Interim test results are shared with the client for initial review.

Result Review – A discussion is held to clarify and confirm the interpretation of findings.

Final Report Delivery – The finalized test results are compiled and sent to the client.
